How are cards graded and packaged?
All singles are graded using industry standards: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP). Cards ship sleeved and top-loaded in rigid mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! We offer pre-orders on upcoming sets. Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive from the distributor, typically on or shortly after release day.
What if a product is sold out?

How long does shipping take?
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, sealed products in their original condition. Singles and opened products cannot be returned.
