Welcome to Slab Bunker. By accessing or using our website at slabbunker.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Terms

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that product images, descriptions, or pricing are error-free.
  • All products — including sealed Pokémon, One Piece, and Lorcana products, singles, slabs (graded cards), and accessories — are sourced from authorised distributors.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. If your order is affected, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

4. Pre-Orders

  • Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will be dispatched once they are received from the distributor.
  • Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
  • Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on dispatch times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates. Key points:

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Key points:

  • Sealed and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Singles, slabs, opened products, and accessories that have been used are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or incorrect orders will be resolved promptly — contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund, and
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product has a minor failure, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. If we fail to do so, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Slab Bunker or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
  • Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, and all related trademarks, logos, and characters are the property of their respective owners. Slab Bunker is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Bandai, or Ravensburger.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to Section 8 above regarding Australian Consumer Law):

  • Slab Bunker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slab Bunker, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  • Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@slabbunker.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
